Shipping Policy

We ship Just For Cats kits Australia-wide from our base in Melbourne.

Free shipping

Orders of $239 or more ship free anywhere in Australia. That covers our Standard Kit, Complete Kit, and any orders that cross the $239 threshold with add-ons.

Calculated shipping

Orders under $239 (typically the Essential Kit on its own, or single bracket add-ons) have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order. From there, delivery times depend on where you are:

— Melbourne metro: 2–4 business days — Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro: 3–6 business days — Other capital cities: 4–7 business days — Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees. Holiday periods and weather events can add a day or two.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number, sent to you by email when we dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email us — we'll chase it up.

Carrier

We ship via Australia Post.

International shipping

We don't currently ship outside Australia. If you're an Australian living overseas and want to send a kit to family or friends here, just email us — we can usually help.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your kit doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email hello@justforcats.shop with your order number and any photos of the damage. We'll either replace the kit or refund you — whichever you'd prefer.
