Buying from us

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the products at the listed price. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil your order for any reason (such as an item being out of stock, or a pricing error), we'll let you know and refund any payment you've made.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Slight variations in colour, dimensions, or accessory composition may occur from batch to batch. If something arrives meaningfully different to what was advertised, contact us and we'll sort it out under our Returns Policy.

Installation and use

Our products are sold as DIY installation kits. While we provide installation guides and resources, we can't guarantee successful containment for every cat in every yard — cats are remarkably wily, and installation quality varies. By purchasing, you accept that:

— You're responsible for installing the kit safely and correctly — You'll close all gaps as advised in our installation guides — You'll supervise your cat during initial outdoor sessions to confirm the install holds — Drilling into walls, fences, or other surfaces is at your own risk — check for utilities and structural integrity first, or engage a tradesperson if you're unsure — We're not responsible for damage to your property caused by installation, or for any injury, loss, or escape that occurs after installation

Your account

If you create an account on our site, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

All content on our site — text, images, logos, product designs, and our J-bracket design — belongs to Just For Cats or our suppliers, and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property law. You can't copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us or our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and share that content for marketing and editorial purposes — including on our site, in emails, and in advertising. You confirm the content is yours to share, and that it's accurate and not misleading.

Pricing and availability

We reserve the right to change prices, products, and availability at any time. Promotions and offers (including the Founders' Pricing offer) have specific terms outlined at the time of sale and are subject to availability.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our products or website is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Victorian courts.
